Manikarnika Art Gallery collects information that artists and students voluntarily provide through participation and registration forms. This may include name, city, date of birth, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, artwork images, biodata/profile files and related messages.

We use this information to process exhibition entries, review artworks, communicate selection status, manage participation, provide art-class registration and maintain gallery records.

Uploaded artwork and profile files may be stored using secure third-party infrastructure used by the website. We do not intentionally sell personal information to third parties.

Artists are responsible for ensuring that submitted artworks and information are their own or that they have the right to submit them.
